Symptoms
- One sided or both sided excess of tissue of the external female genital skin due to a birth anomaly, vascular anomaly or massive weight loss
- Inability to wear normal clothes
- Recurrent infections

- A nerve sparing reduction under general anaesthetic as a day case
After Care
- Apply an ointment after toileting
- No showering for 48 hours
- The stitches are dissolvable
- No strenuous exercise for 3 weeks
- No smoking to reduce wound healing
